From Family Roots to Logistics Expert:

Growing up in a family of truck drivers and mechanics, Caitlin was immersed in the world of logistics from a young age. Although she initially explored criminal justice, her deep-rooted connection to logistics drew her back, bringing over seven years of experience to Aden. A highlight of her career was the chance to work alongside her father, Clyde, witnessing firsthand the daily successes of their team before his retirement.

Daily Responsibilities:

Caitlin’s day starts by connecting with customers and addressing their logistics needs. She tackles challenges head-on by identifying their root causes and collaborating with her team to devise effective solutions.

Critical to Caitlin’s role are positive problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication. Her team-oriented approach focuses on setting clear daily goals and delivering world-class service to customers.

Outside of logistics, Caitlin is a devoted mother to three children and relishes time spent outdoors, whether itโ€™s kayaking, hiking, riding dirt bikes, or camping. She also coaches her daughterโ€™s baseball team. A unique aspect of her personality is her collection of over 30 meaningful tattoos, each with its own story.
